3 SHOWS THIS WEEKEND I AM SO EXHAUSTED

I had kinda promised my fiance Nelsy I wouldnt over exer myself by
back to back performances, but this weekend was a special and
exeptional case. Where to start? Well after the excitement of have a
show at the zimbabwe German Society, the world tour team being backed
up by the Zimbabwe German Society and of course Wildfire events we
could not have anticipated the awesome response we got for the Carl
Joshua Ncube Stan Up Comedy WORLD TOUR PREVIEW. It was 630pm on the
dot and Tarie Wildfire would come knocking on my dressing room to tell
me to stop worrying and come downstairs coz it was time to unveil the
masterplan for the show. at this point I had no idea how many people
were outside waiting to see me. So I come out and there is a sea of
people outside watching the opening act on the screen Nyaminyami and
still laughing at the damn animation...knk considering it was made
long ago and was shown on tv so many times...it was humbling to see.
Credits were done and it was time to take to the stage, more people
kept coming, chairs ran out, no parking outside apparently.

The show was great...cool opportunity to play around with the new toys
Solution Centre had brought to the party, the macbook pro and Paul was
kind enough to allow me to use his iphone (with a ndebele accent) to
navigate my presentation to the expectant crowd...so people laughed
blah blah...will not review my own show...but people seemed very
happy...The night wasnt over it was time to head off to my new home
the Ambassador hotel, thanks to Rainbow Tourism Group who will
accomodate and feed me until i go on tour. I guess it will be cool
staying in the hotels before I leave since they are really quite
central and ideal for launching my new TV programme on April Fools Day
called Make me Laugh....stay tuned....anyway back to Ambassador for a
brief performance, a welcome performance to the RTG team after one of
their functions just to welcome myself to the hotel so that everyone
knows there is a Comedian in the property but not just any comedian
but the BIGGEST ZIMBABWEAN STAND UP COMEDIAN IN THE WORLD.

Day 2 Saturday and it was time to be host of the Fashion show of the
Mini Wedding expo by Barbrianne and Wildfire events...cool for me to
shop around for ideas of my wedding day coming soon of course and boy
was it an amazing experience...so much to choose from...anyway back to
me hosting the fashion show...I always get nervous about being an MC
thankfully I was dressed ever so nicely in a classic tux thanks to A
La Mode (can you believe I still have noone dressing me for the
tour...hint hint), it went on great people had a laugh as I narrated
how Nelsy and I would have 9 weddings so that as a safety getting
divorced would take me about 54 years so it guarantees us a long life
together....looking forward to it...9 weddings sounds like a good idea
though, dont know why we always settle for 1.

Anyway it was time to get home and nurse my sore throat and blogg to
you at 4:44am reflecting on what an awesome weekend its been and
excited about the possibility that I may be moving around in a Jaguar
to all my shows and to the airport when i start my tour...will fill
you in on that a bit later.
