WHAT FOOD DO U USUALLY EAT?fast food, HUGE meals once a day, lots of eggs sometimes...I even have
6 eggs in one sitting and at times same amounts 3 times a day (yes its
18 eggs)
We've all heard the myth that extra protein builds more muscle. In fact, the only way to build muscle is through exercise. xtra protein dznt give u stregnth.
fast food has an immediate negetive effect on yo body!!! the minute you swallow u are screwed!! your arteries actually shrink and almost block coz ot the fat content..
WHEN ARE U MOST HUNGRY?
mid day mostly then I hold on till early evening to have the first
meal followed in quick succession by another one, like just now I had
a 6 piecer at 7pm then when I get home sadza and meat
tjo!!! u need to eat something like fruit at least 30min within waking up
and u need to consume more low GL foods, to keep u full fo longer

DO U GET HUNGRY TOO SOON (AS IN AT LEAST 2HRS AFTER EATN?)yes, especially when I havent eaten since morning
which is why u need to grab an apple or have a smoothie within 30min of waking up and dnt forget 1litre of water 1st
DO HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES/ INTOLERANCES OR FOOD U JUST DETEST?not that I know, but my skin reacts to pork and fish but I wont stop

thank you very much for your honesty. i will email you some guidelines soon , to work on while i work on your eating plan. i do not give u a list foods to and not to eat but also design a menu pple. but since u r creative already, will jus give u the list and ol... coz if i am to design a menu then i would have to charge you a minimal fee
