It’s the usual suspects again! Eggs tomato and onion and cheese from our last weekend and the mission is the same…making breakfast
I took an onion and sliced it thinly added to the pan with some bit of some cooking oil (olive oil is bloomin expensive), I grated 2 tomatoes and finely sliced the 3rd tomato. The grated tomato I added Worcestershire sauce and added to my onions. I then add a few eggs…DO NOT BEAT THEM just delicately add them to the top of the onion and tomato mixture, add the slices of tomato and slithers of cheese and cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat on the stove…Serve with Garlic bread or toast (Simple Garlic bread, mix garlic paste into butter and put on slices of bread and grill till Golden brown…easy right?)
