Spagetti and CJ's Tomato Sauce with Grilled Chicken

Chicken
Well Mom had basically place a whole chicken face down nandos style
into a baking tray with a cover seasoned in salt and one of those
chicken spices 220 on the oven for an hour

Tomato Sauce
This tomato sauce was a hit with hot dogs when I had run out of
Ketchup one time at university in England so I improvised....3
Tomatoes grated with skins removed, add 3 teaspoons of sugar and
Worcestershire sauce and tobasco (unfortunately had no Balsamic
vinegar and basil but those would have been awesome) Fired a whole
onion chopped finely and added my tomato mixture after the onions had
been fried a little (love crunchy sort of onions so didnt fry them too
long) Add half, reduce the heat and cover for a few minutes then
remove from the heat.

I added that to spaghetti that I had prepared el dente which means not
overly soft (like we make pasta in Zim) and mixed well...and yah that
was basically it, a basic meal basic ingredients not too much to think
about but great food for a saturday night in at home...you can have
that with Garlic Bread if you want to bulk it out but I added a bit of
steamed butternet with cinamon for the colour and to break the acidity
and the heat from the tobasc
