JOHANNESBURG WITH LAUGHTER

Awesome awesome awesome, thats all I can say to describe the first set of shows I have performed at in South Africa so far. The scene is Parkers Comedy and Jive, run by the legendary South African Comedian Joe Parker who I must thank for this amazing opportunity to get stage time in this award winning venue. I have never been more nervous in my life performing in such an amazing venue and sharing the stage with seasoned, experienced sick in the head comedians from South Africa. I loved how the MC Dave Levinsohn just got the crowd going pulling funny stuff out from his brain...this dude is a legend, have never seen anything like this. It turns out I am the first Zimbabwean comedian to perform at this place which made me a great candidate for all the comics performing that night to take a shot at making fun of this very fact. I had 3 days of performances and boy have I learnt so much from this amazing set of people. Dave Levinsohn you are a genius, Hannes Brummer left me traumatised and I shall never be the same again...Bevan Cullinan has awesome hair a great jacket and a sick brain...It was awesome to meet Werner Cloete, we wear similar looking shoes, although his are converse and mine are a shitty pair I got from a cheap ass flea market...and Joe Parker your  humility kindness and wisdom helped me through a nervous time...thanks again for the opportunity...wohooo more shows still to come Johannesburg...and to the 5 Zimbabweans that came out to watch me perform, thank you so much, you were awesome.
