Good afternoon, only managed to get out now to write this message or blog. I am so exhausted from last night at Chilli Bar in Cape Town. Yes its only 1 minutes on stage but it really takes a lo out of you. I liken my performances in many ways to having sex, in my case a very short time and once you get off stage all you want to do is go to sleep. Last night I got to Chilli Bar and in characteristic Carl Joshua Ncube fashion I was at the event 2 hours early and went to the bartender to try and wile up time I believe Carling Black Label does the trick. as if by magic the comedians start arriving Liam Bento, Ariel Kagan and host for the evening Martin Davis. At this point noone has told me that I will be going on last or as the shitting my pants voice would say HEADLINING! Awesome night though Martin really set the crowd up and had them in stiched and just eager to have come comedy dished out to them OMG this dude is hilarious. I loved being on stage again after such a long time, had so much fun, he crowd in there very responsive and awesome to perform for. Time to shop around for swimming trunks, theres a great looking pool at the complex I am staying at, and I am made to believe theres an ocean out there somewhere.
